If you are not completely satisfied with any photographic item, book, or poster purchased from Horror Unlimited we will gladly refund the purchase price of the item or provide an alternative replacement, upon the item's return.

The above guarantee does not extend to any items purchased from any sellers in our Market Place. Each of these sellers sets their own return and refund policy. In case you are dissatisfied with your purchase from one of our Market Place sellers, you are encouraged to resolve the issue with the seller directly, or contact PayPal to file a dispute. PayPal is the only payment method officially accepted by our sellers. This insures optimum safety for both buyers and sellers in our Market Place.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds on Horror Unlimited's Membership Subscriptions.
